A place to train.
Not to be seen.
Most gyms are designed to look full. Fallow is designed to feel empty. The same space, the same equipment - but you booked your slot, you know who will be there, and there are never more than ten of you in the building.
No music. No reception desk. No strangers without introduction. Access by phone. Leave when you are done.

No reception desk. Your phone opens the door. Fresh branded towels at the station. Still and sparkling water, always cold. A single WC. That is all you need.

Private. Clean. Simple.
No communal changing rooms or showers. Instead, a single private rinse room — one person, one door, always available. The absence of a shared changing environment is deliberate. It keeps the space simple, clean, and focused.
SAFETY
Staffless. Not unsupported.
CCTV throughout, monitored remotely. Panic buttons in every room. A defibrillator in the entrance. Because operating without staff does not mean operating without care.
The best training session you have ever had was probably in an empty gym. We built the empty gym.

Open the app. Choose a slot. Confirm. At Fallow you are not training alongside strangers — you are training alongside people who were selected for the same reasons you were. You will know who you're training with. No surprises.
Arrive. Tap in.
Your phone holds a time-limited access credential for your booked slot. Tap the reader at the entrance. The door opens. No fob, no code, no key, no person at a desk. When your session ends the credential expires automatically.
Train. Leave.
The session is yours. No one telling you to move on, no music you did not choose, no one you did not agree to share a space with. Train. Finish. Walk out. The building manages itself.
Report. We act.
If another member behaves in a way that makes you uncomfortable — unwanted attention, violation of the rules, general conduct that falls short — report it directly in the app. Every report is reviewed personally within 24 hours. Standards are not aspirational. They are enforced.

RESPECT
The space belongs to everyone
Equipment returned. Weights re-racked. Surfaces wiped down. The bench you leave is the bench someone else arrives to. We expect every member to leave the space better than they found it.
FOCUS
You are here to train.
Fallow is not a social club or a networking space. It is a place to do serious work on yourself, quietly, without distraction. We expect every member to come with that intention.
QUIET
Calm is the default.
No overhead music. No ambient noise. Headphones are welcome.
STANDARDS
High. Non-negotiable.
We select members carefully. We enforce the rules consistently. A member who makes others uncomfortable — for any reason — will have their membership reviewed and may have it withdrawn. This is not a threat. It is what selective means in practice.
PRIVACY
No photography of others.
Members may photograph their own training. They may not photograph, film, or record other members without explicit consent. This is a firm rule with no grey area.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Everyone is visible.
Members are known to one another and to us. Anonymity is not available at Fallow. This is intentional — it is what makes the environment work.
MEMBERSHIP
Two tiers.
one standard.
Founding members set the character of Fallow. They are selected first and their monthly rate is locked permanently — regardless of what the standard rate becomes over time. There are a fixed number of founding places. When they are gone, they are gone.
Registering interest today does not guarantee membership. We review all expressions of interest personally.
FOUNDING MEMBERSHIP
£162
Per month. Rate locked for life. Limited to 100 members.
By invitation only. Offered to the first cohort before we open. First access to new sites when they open.
STANDARD MEMBERSHIP
£200
Per month. Subject to availability.
Available once founding places are filled. Same selection process. A one-off joining fee of £175 applies.
No money changes hands now. When we have confirmed sufficient interest and are ready to proceed, invited founding members will be asked to secure their place with a deposit of £400. This deposit converts to reduced membership fees across your first six months — you receive it back in full through lower monthly charges.
Deposits are collected only at the point of lease signing, when we are committed to opening. In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond our control prevent us from opening, we will make every effort to return deposits in full. Full terms will be provided before any deposit is requested.
FALLOW DOES NOT YET EXIST. THIS IS A REGISTRATION OF INTEREST ONLY. NO MONEY CHANGES HANDS AT THIS STAGE. WE WILL BE IN TOUCH PERSONALLY IF WE THINK YOU ARE A GOOD FIT.

Secure your place
Once we reach sufficient confirmed interest and are ready to proceed, invited members will be asked to confirm with a £400 deposit. Only then does any money change hands.
